About us

The Pilates & Padel Club was founded by Amie and Holly after recognising something was missing, a genuine female community in sport.

As padel continues to grow, Holly quickly fell in love with the game, often playing twice a day and experiencing first-hand the physical, mental, and social benefits it brings. It became clear this was more than just a sport, it was a powerful way to connect people. She saw an opportunity to create a space where women could learn, play, and feel part of something.

Amie, with over 25 years of experience in Pilates, shared that vision. Specialising in Reformer, Mat, and Barre, she’s known for delivering classes that are uplifting, inclusive, and rooted in mindful movement — blending strength, education, and energy.

Together, they created The Pilates & Padel Club, a space designed to bring women together through movement, confidence, and connection. A place to feel good, meet like-minded women, and be part of something inspiring.
